With over 40 years of combined experience, Olivier Rodriguez and Grégory Pugin seek to offer more than just chocolate – an experience for your palate.
Grégory Pugin is a member of the prestigious association Maîtres Cuisiniers de France as well as an artisan part of the Compagnons du Tour de France des Devoirs Unis. Whilst, Olivier Rodriguez has been the winner of the gold medal for chocolate showpiece two years in a row at the Southern Classic Pastry Competition. With two experienced chefs, we can ensure that St. Pete Beach will be introduced to a new way of eating this decadent treat.

CocoAddiction aims to make high quality confections while committing to strict quality standards allowing us to deliver an exquisite array of production. Our bonbons, valued for their artistic beauty, are a combination of smoothness and luxury. Something that can be experienced in just one bite. Our French pastries aim to stay true to their origins yet adding a modern twist. While our chocolate bars, beautifully crafted, will remind one of life’s sweetest moments.
Alongside our chocolate and pastry confections, we are partnered with MADE coffee, a Florida local coffee roaster. Provided with specialty grade coffee we aim to make the dine in process an enlightening experience. Our passion is chocolate and with a great cup of coffee our products become not only pleasurable treats but they become memories.
